All AI implementation frameworks, processes, and proprietary methods developed by TechEvole remain our exclusive property. These frameworks may not be reproduced, disclosed, or used for commercial purposes outside the scope of our consulting services.
TechEvole is liable for damages only up to the amount of the consulting fees you have actually paid. This protects both parties and establishes clear financial boundaries.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts in Nuremberg, Bavaria.
